POTATO BAKE 
Hash browns (thawed - 32 oz. bag)
1 tbsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. chopped onion
2 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 pt. sour cream

1 stick of butter in casserole dish. Pour off excess butter and save

2 c. corn flakes (about 1 1/2 crushed)

Add excess butter to corn flakes.

Mixture into casserole dish.

Top with corn flakes.

Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
