1 c. sliced mushrooms, drained
1/2 c. dairy sour cream
1/2 c. chopped onion
2 tbsp. butter

Lightly brown mushrooms and onions in butter. Remove from heat and mix in sour cream. Set aside. 2 eggs 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce 2/3 c. milk 3/4 c. uncooked rolled oats 2 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. pepper

Combine ground beef, oats, eggs, salt and pepper, Worcestershire sauce and milk; mix well. Shape 2/3 of the mixture into oval and place in baking pan.

Make a shallow depression lengthwise in the oval and spoon in set aside mixture above, covering with remaining 1/3 meat mixture, sealing edges well. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. Let stand and cool 5 minutes before slicing.
