COAST GUARD CHOCOLATE CHIP
COOKIES
 
2 eggs, beaten
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. cooking oil
1 c. milk
2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
4 tsp. cream of tartar (Bakewell cream)
2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 bag chocolate chips

Mix the first 5 ingredients together. Then sift in remaining ingredients. Stir in chocolate chips. Add more flour until the dough is stiff and manageable. Roll out and cut cookies.

Bake at 350°F for 15 to 17 minutes.
