STUFFED BELL PEPPERS 
4 bell peppers
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/3 c. oats
1 egg
Tomato sauce
1/4 c. finely chopped onion
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. cooked rice

Cut peppers in halves lengthwise, remove seeds. Cook in boiling, salted water for 5 minutes; invert and drain thoroughly.

Combine salt, pepper, Worcestershire, oats, egg, 1 1/3 cups tomato sauce, onion and ground beef, mixing thoroughly. Pack about 1/2 cup mixture into each pepper half. Place peppers in 12 x 8 inch baking dish. Top each stuffed pepper with 2 teaspoons tomato sauce. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes. Makes 6-8 servings.

I love this recipe! It is easy and tastes great. I've tried quite a few stuffed pepper recipes and this is by far the best. I don't cook the peppers in boiling salt water though. The peppers are more potent when you don't and I like that. Hope this review helps!
