FRUIT SMOOTHIE 
About 1 cup of juice (apple, or apricot nectar, or what you think might be good)
1/2 banana
A few pieces of any other fruit ie. strawberry, peaches, etc.

Put all these ingredients in blender at HIGH speed until blended. Add ice if you like while blending.

This will make about 2 cups of smoothie. Experiment and have fun.

This is a great base recipe!

I used 2/3 juice and 1/3 cup milk and used frozen fruit. It was the perfect texture!
