EASY CHOCOLATE FRUIT SMOOTHIE 
1 1/2 cups pineapple
1/2 cup frozen raspberries
1 cup lime sherbet
1 cup low fat milk
1 peeled and sliced kiwi
2 cups ice
1 tbsp. white chia seed (optional)
2 tsp. honey
1 cup dark chocolate syrup (Hershey's)

Throw it all into your blender, pour into a chilled glass, grab a straw, and enjoy!

Makes 3 (20 oz. ea.) to 6 (10 oz. ea.) servings.
