FRUIT SMOOTHIE
1 banana, sliced
1 (8 oz.) carton plain yogurt
4-5 ice cubes
Fresh or frozen fruit, about 1/2 c. (peaches, strawberries, or raspberries are especially good)

Drop ice cubes in food processor with metal blade. Process until pulverized. Add banana, yogurt and other fruit and process until smooth.

Pour into tall glasses and enjoy! Makes 2 (8 ounce) glasses or 3 small servings. You can substitute flavored yogurt, add honey or other flavorings such as almond with cherries, vanilla with peaches, etc.

Pretty good, I'd prefer more ice and less banana.

Good, I used black, raz and blue berries instead.

Very good, I freeze my bananas when they start to turn brown, and to keep yogurt fresh, freeze it in ice cube trays, so you use the frozen yogurt instead of ice and use frozen fruit. It will make it very thick!
