MICHIGAN BEAN BAKE 
1 (48 oz.) jar cooked Great Northern beans (Randall)
1 1/2 lb. lean 1 inch pork cubes
1/2 tsp. salt
1 (14 oz.) bottle catsup
3 tbsp. prepared mustard
1 1/2 c. brown sugar
1/4 lg. sweet onion, chopped

Combine all ingredients, mix gently but well. Place in beanpot, casserole or crockpot. Bake at 300 degrees, uncovered, for 5 to 6 hours, cover last hour, OR heat on LOW in crockpot overnight. Yield: 10-12 servings.
