COCKTAIL MEATBALLS | |
1 lb. ground chuck 1 tsp. salt 1/4 c. shortening 1 (10 oz.) jar grape jelly 1/4 c. milk 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce 1/3 c. finely chopped onions 1/8 tsp. pepper 1 (12 oz.) bottle chili sauce 1/2 c. dry bread crumbs 1 egg Mix all ingredients except shortening, chili sauce and jelly; shape into small meatballs. Lightly brown in shortening, drain. Heat chili sauce and jelly until melted. Add meatballs and simmer for 30 minutes. |
