2 lbs. ground beef
1 pkg. dry onion soup
1 egg
1/4 c. bread crumbs

SAUCE:

2 c. ketchup
1/3 c. lemon juice
1 sm. jar jelly (apple)
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp. soy sauce

Mix first four ingredients and form into bite size balls. Bake at 12 to 15 minutes in 350 degree oven.

Sauce: Mix all ingredients and heat. Add meatballs to sauce.
