PIQUART COCKTAIL MEATBALLS 
2 lbs. ground beef
1 c. bread crumbs
1/3 c. dried parsley
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
2 tbsp. instant minced onions
2 eggs
2 tbsp. soy sauce
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/3 c. catsup

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Combine above ingredients and mix well. Form into small balls and place in a large cookie sheet. 1 (12 oz.) bottle chili sauce 1 tbsp. bottled lemon juice 2 tbsp. brown sugar

Combine ingredients in a saucepan over moderate heat stirring until smooth. Pour sauce over uncooked meatballs and bake at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes.
