CARAMEL CUP CUSTARD 
2 c. milk
3 eggs
2 tbsp. sugar
4 tbsp. caramel syrup
1/4 tsp. vanilla
Pinch of salt
Nutmeg

Grease custard cups and put 1 tbsp. of caramel syrup in cup. Beat eggs, add salt and sugar. Stir scalded milk into egg mixture. Add vanilla. Pour into cups and sprinkle with ground nutmeg. Place in shallow baking pan. Fill baking pan 3/4 full of hot water. Bake at 350 degrees until done. About 40 minutes with Egg Beaters.
