SANDY'S EASY BREAKFAST CASSEROLE 
Very good served with sausage gravy!

2 cans buttermilk biscuits (Pillsbury)
1 lb. bulk sausage, cooked and crumbled
8 eggs
salt and pepper, to taste

Preheat oven to 400°F. Grease a 9x13-inch pan and put the biscuits in. Spread the cooked and crumbled sausage on top of the biscuits. Whisk the eggs with salt and pepper to taste until well mixed and pour on top of the sausage. Shake the pan to help evenly distribute the egg mixture around the pan.

Bake for approximately 25 to 30 minutes or until eggs have completely set and the biscuits are brown. The biscuits will rise to the top and the eggs will settle on the bottom.
