EASY CHEESE CAKE 
8 oz. cream cheese
1/3 c. sugar
1/2 pt. sour cream (1 c.)
2 tsp. vanilla
1 sm. carton whipped topping
1 graham cracker crust

Beat cheese until smooth. Gradually add sugar. Blend in sour cream and vanilla. Fold in topping. Blend well. Pour into crust. Chill 4 hours; serve plain or with choice of fruit topping.
