JIFFY CINNAMON LOAF 
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Grease 9 inch square pan lightly on bottom. Line with waxed paper.

TOPPING:

1 tbsp. butter, melted
1/4 c. brown sugar
1 tbsp. biscuit mix
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 c. chopped nuts

Melt butter. Combine with biscuit mix, cinnamon and nuts. Stir. When blended, set aside.

QUICK BREAD:

2 c. biscuit mix
1/4 c. granulated sugar
3/4 c. milk
1 egg
2 tbsp. vegetable oil

Put biscuit mix, sugar, milk, egg and vegetable oil in large bowl. Stir for about 1 minute. Beat for another minute. Spread batter in greased pan. Sprinkle with topping.

Bake for 20-25 minutes. Remove from oven. Cool slightly in pan. Serve with butter.
