BEEF BONAPARTE 
1 lb. ground beef
1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes, drained, reserve juice
8 oz. tomato sauce
2 tsp. garlic juice
2 tsp. sugar
2 tsp. salt
Cracked black pepper
Tabasco sauce
1 bay leaf
5 oz. thin egg noodles
3 oz. cream cheese
6 green onions, chopped
1 c. sour cream
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1 pkg. sliced mozzarella cheese

Salt the skillet and brown beef. Drain fat and add tomatoes and brown together. Add juice and tomato sauce. Season with garlic juice, sugar, salt, Tabasco, cracked pepper and bay leaf. Simmer 30 minutes. Cook noodles and drain.

Combine noodles with cream cheese, green onions and sour cream. Grease a 9 x 12 inch dish and layer noodles, meat and grated cheese. Bake covered at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Uncover and add mozzarella cheese on top. Cook 5 minutes uncovered. Freezes well. Serves 6.
