BEEF BOOKOUT 
1 lb. ground beef
3 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
1 tsp. salt
Ground pepper to taste
8 oz. egg noodles, uncooked
3 oz. cream cheese, softened
8 oz. sour cream
Grated Parmesan cheese

Brown and drain ground beef. Add tomato sauce, salt, and pepper; simmer for 10 minutes. Meanwhile, boil and drain egg noodles. Stir in cream cheese and sour cream thoroughly. Layer meat sauce and noodles in a 9 x 13 inch baking dish, ending with the meat sauce. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes. Serves 4.
