BEEF CASSEROLE 
1-1/2 to 2 lbs. ground beef
1 clove garlic
2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt and pepper
8 oz. egg noodles
3 oz. cream cheese
1 c. sour cream
1 med. onion, chopped
1 c. grated cheese

Brown beef, then add the next five ingredients. Simmer for 15 minutes. Cook noodles, drain in colander. Mix cream cheese, sour cream and onions. Mix all all together and pour in casserole.

Top with grated cheese and bake at 350°F for 30 minutes.
