LIME MOLD 
1 pkg. lime Jello
1 c. hot water
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 c. cottage cheese
1 sm. can crushed pineapple
1 c. whipped topping
120 sm. marshmallows (2 c.)
1/2 c. chopped pecans

Mix Jello, water and lemon juice and let set until slightly thickened (will gel quicker in freezer, approximately 20 minutes). Combine remaining ingredients and pour into mold or dish. Place in refrigerator and let set.
