LIME MOLD 
2 pkgs. lime jello
1 1/2 c. boiling water
1 pt. sour cream
1 (2 lb.) can crushed pineapple, drained
1/2 c. finely cut maraschino cherries
1/2 c. nut meats, cut in small pieces

Dissolve jello in boiling; cool until slightly congealed. Add the sour cream, pineapple, cherries, and nuts; mix slowly and carefully. Pour into a ring mold and chill.
