LIME JELLO MOLD 
1 sm. pkg. lime Jello
1 lg. pkg. cream cheese
1 med. can crushed pineapple, drain & save juice
1/2 c. chopped celery
Pinch of salt
2/3 c. chopped nuts
1/2 pt. whipping cream

Make Jello with juice from pineapple as part of water. Chop celery and nuts, cream the cream cheese and mix all the ingredients together except Jello and whipped cream. When Jello is firm but not completely set add and mix into the cream cheese mixture. Fold in the whipped cream and put into Jello mold. Chill until firm.
