"DOUBLY GOOD" MOLDED LIME
PINEAPPLE SALAD
 
2 c. miniature marshmallows
1 c. milk
1 lg. pkg. lime flavored gelatin
2 (3 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
2/3 c. mayonnaise
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, undrained
1 c. Cool Whip
Chopped pecans (optional)

Melt marshmallows in milk over low heat. Pour over gelatin, stirring until dissolved. Combine softened cream cheese and mayonnaise with electric mixer until well blended. Gradually add gelatin, mixing until well blended. Stir in pineapple. Chill until slightly thickened. Fold in Cool Whip. Pour into a 2 quart long glass dish or mold. Top with chopped nuts (optional). Chill until firm or overnight.
