ITALIAN SHELLS 
1/2 (12 oz.) pkg. jumbo shells
3 tsp. butter
1 1/2 lbs. hamburger
1/3 c. minced onion
1/4 c. chopped celery
1 clove garlic or garlic powder
1/2 lb. cottage cheese (8 oz.)
1/4 lb. shredded Mozzarella (1 c.)
1/3 c. Parmesan
1/4 c. chopped parsley
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. dry bread crumbs
2 pt. jars or 16 oz. cans meatless spaghetti sauce

Cook shells; boil 20-25 minutes. Drain and cool. Brown hamburger in butter; add onion, garlic, and celery. Cover and cook 10-15 minutes until celery is tender. Remove from heat and stir in all cheeses, salt, bread crumbs, and parsley.

Stuff each shell with slightly cooled mixture and press together. Pour one jar of spaghetti sauce in shallow casserole. Arrange stuffed shells in pan; top with sauce. Cover and bake at 375 degrees for 35-40 minutes.
