ITALIAN SHELLS CASSEROLE 
2 lbs. med. macaroni shells
1 tsp. salt
1 pt. sour cream
16 oz. shredded Provolone cheese
2 lbs. lean ground beef
1 qt. marinara sauce
1 tsp. pepper
16 oz. shredded Mozzarella cheese

Cook shells. Brown ground beef. Simmer in sauce 20 minutes. Layer ingredients like a lasagna. Bake 350 for 40 minutes.
