MY GODMOTHER PHYLLIS' ITALIAN
PASTA SALAD
 
noodles (shell or ziti preferably)
1/2 cup diced tomato
1/2 cup diced green or red bell pepper
1 (15 oz.) can black or kidney beans, drained
Italian dressing
olive oil
fresh basil

Boil noodles until done but not mushy.

Add all other ingredients and toss in some Italian dressing and olive oil and add a dash of fresh basil.

Mix well, refrigerate for about 1 1/2 hours and serve chilled.
