CHINESE CABBAGE SALAD 
1 head Chinese cabbage, sliced thin
1 bunch green onion, sliced thin
1 stick butter
2 pkg. Ramon noodles
2 c. croutons
1 pkg. sliced almonds

1. Melt butter, stir in soup base from Roman noodles. 2. Bread noodles in small pieces and add to butter. 3. Add croutons, nuts and cook over medium heat until browned. 4. Drain on paper towels.

DRESSING:

1 c. oil
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. vinegar
2 tbsp. soy sauce
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

1. Put in container and shake until well mixed.
