CHINESE CABBAGE SALAD 
1 head cabbage, chopped (or buy pre-cut cabbage in the produce section of the grocery store)
Scallions or 2 green onions
Cilantro to taste
1/2 c. slivered almonds, baked in oven until crunchy
Ramen noodles, baked in oven until crunchy

Combine cabbage, scallions and cilantro.

DRESSING:

2 tbsp. sugar
1/2 c. oil
1 tsp. salt
3 tbsp. rice vinegar (for salads)
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 pkg. chicken flavor dressing (from Ramen pkg.)

Combine. Pour dressing over cabbage mixture and toss well. Just before serving add almonds and noodles. Toss again.
