CHINESE CABBAGE SALAD 
1 head cabbage, shredded (1/2 red may be used)
5-6 green onions, cut
1 c. slivered almonds, toasted at 350 degrees until brown
2 tbsp. sesame seeds, toasted if desired
1 pkg. Ramen noodles (pork), uncooked and broken up in bag

Make salad night before. Add nuts before serving.

DRESSING:

2 tbsp. wine vinegar
1/2 c. (scant) oil
1 tbsp. sugar
Packet of seasoning from Ramen noodles
