LEMON SQUARES 
1 c. butter
1/2 c. powdered sugar
2 c. flour
Pinch of salt

Cream above and pour into 9 x 12 inch Pyrex. Press evenly upon bottom and sides. Bake 18 to 20 minutes at 350 degrees.

4 eggs, slightly beaten
2 c. sugar
1/2 lemon juice

Pour into crust and bake 25 minutes at 350 degrees. Sprinkle with powdered sugar. Cool and cut into squares.
