LEMON SQUARES 
1 c. softened butter
1 c. finely chopped pecans
2 c. flour
1 c. powdered sugar
1 pt. chilled whipping cream
1 (8 oz.) pkg. softened cream cheese
2 sm. pkgs. instant lemon pudding mixed with 3 c. milk

Combine butter, nuts and flour and press in bottom of 9"x13" pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes and cool. Beat powdered sugar and cream cheese until soft peaks form. Beat whipping cream in a separate bowl and stir one half the whipping cream with the cream cheese mixture and spread on cooled nut mixture. Refrigerate. Mix pudding and spread over cream cheese mixture. Refrigerate and top with remaining whipped cream before serving. Cut in squares to serve.
