CHICKEN MUSHROOM NOODLE
CASSEROLE
 
2 c. diced chicken
2 c. egg noodles
4 oz. can mushrooms
1 can cream of chicken soup

Cook egg noodles according to package directions. Rinse with cold water. Combine chicken, noodles, mushrooms and soup. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Top with Ritz cracker crumbs and butter topping or potato chip crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes. Time varies with different ovens.
