PARMESAN OVEN FRIED POTATOES 
8 lg. unpeeled, washed potatoes, each cut in 8 wedges
1/2 c. oil
2 tbsp. Parmesan cheese
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. paprika
1/4 tsp. pepper

Arrange potato wedges in very large shallow baking pan, peel side down. Mix remaining ingredients and brush on potatoes. Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes or until golden brown. Brush occasionally with oil mixture. Makes 6-8 servings.
