PARMESAN OVEN POTATOES 
1 stick butter
1 c. flour
8 med. potatoes
1 c. Parmesan cheese

Melt butter on a cookie sheet with sides or in a large pan. Cut raw potatoes into bite-size pieces (leave skin on). Mix together flour and Parmesan cheese. Dip wet potatoes into flour mixture and place on pan with melted butter. Bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour, or until golden brown, turning occasionally for even browning.
