PARMESAN OVEN POTATOES 
1 stick butter
5 med. potatoes
Salt & pepper to taste
1 c. flour
1 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese

Melt butter in cookie sheet with sides or a large pan. Cut raw potatoes into bite-size pieces. Mix together flour and Parmesan cheese. Dip wet potatoes into flour mixture and place on pan with melted butter. Bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour or until golden brown, turn potatoes half way through the cooking time. These should be brown on both sides.
