PARMESAN OVEN POTATOES 
1 stick butter
8 med. potatoes
1 c. flour
1 c. Parmesan cheese

Melt butter on a cookie sheet with sides or a large pan. Cut raw potatoes into bite size pieces. Mix together flour and cheese. Dip wet potatoes into flour mixture and place on pan with melted butter. Bake at 375 degrees for one hour or until golden brown, turning occasionally for even browning.
