PARMESAN OVEN POTATOES 
1 stick of butter
8 med. potatoes
1 c. flour
1 c. Parmesan cheese

Melt butter on a cookie sheet with sides or large pan. Cut raw potatoes into bite sized pieces. Mix together flour and Parmesan cheese. Dip wet potatoes into flour mixture and place on pan with melted butter. Bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour, or until golden brown, turning occasionally for oven browning.
