PARMESAN OVEN POTATOES 
8 med. potatoes, cut into bite-sized pieces
1 stick butter
1 c. flour
1 c. Parmesan cheese

Melt butter in large pan with sides. Mix flour and Parmesan cheese together. Dip potatoes into flour mixture. Place potatoes on pan with melted butter. Bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour or until golden brown, turning occasionally for even browning. Serves 8-10.
