6 med. baking potatoes, cut into 1 1/2 inch chunks
3 tbsp. butter, melted
1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese

Dip each potato in butter and roll in flour and Parmesan cheese mixture. Place in greased 9x13 pan. Bake 20-30 minutes, until golden brown, in 350 degree F. oven.
