OVEN ROASTED POTATO WEDGES | |
4 to 6 Russet baking potatoes 2 tbsp. vegetable oil 1/2 tsp. salt 1/8 tsp. pepper 1/4 tsp. paprika Preheat oven to 450 degrees, leaving skins on, scrub and cut lengthwise into 1/2 inch strips. In small bowl, combine oil, salt, pepper and paprika. Toss potato in seasoned oil. Place potatoes on foil-lined baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes or until tender. Turn potatoes once while baking. |
