OVEN ROASTED POTATO WEDGES 
4 to 6 Russet baking potatoes
2 tbsp. vegetable oil
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. paprika

Preheat oven to 450 degrees leaving skins in syrup, and cut lengthwise into 1/2 inch strips. In small bowl combine oil, salt, pepper and paprika. Toss potatoes in seasoned oil.

Place potatoes on foil lined baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes or until tender. Turn potatoes once while baking.
