CHICKEN AND RICE CASSEROLE 
1 can cooked chicken
2 c. Minute rice
1 sm. sour cream
1 can Cream of Chicken soup
1 can chicken broth

Mix all ingredients in a casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees until golden brown and firm. You can microwave for 20 minutes stirring once at halftime.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
