CURRIED CHICKEN AND RICE
CASSEROLE
 
4 c. cooked chicken, cubed
1 pkg. (6 oz.) curried rice, cooked
1 can cream of celery soup
1 sm. jar pimento
1 can French cut green beans, drained
1 onion, chopped
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. water chestnuts, sliced very thin

Fix all ingredients as noted. Put in buttered 9 x 13 casserole pan. Bake 1 hour at 275 degrees. Serves 12. A heart safe recipe.
