CHICKEN ARTICHOKE CASSEROLE 
4 or 5 chicken breasts
1 pkg. UNCLE BEN'S® wild rice mix
1 (14 oz.) can artichokes, quartered
1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms, sliced
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. mayonnaise
1 to 1 1/2 tsp. curry powder

Cook chicken breasts and slice. Prepare rice and place in 9 x 13 inch casserole. Layer chicken, artichokes and mushrooms. Mix soups, mayonnaise and curry powder. Pour over layered casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Serves 10 to 12.
