MARSHMALLOW CREAM FUDGE 
1 (5-10 oz.) jar marshmallow cream
1 1/2 c. sugar
2/3 c. evaporated milk
1/4 c. butter
1/4 tsp. salt
1 (12 oz.) pkg. Nestle's semi-sweet chocolate bits
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1 tsp. vanilla extract

In medium saucepan, combine marshmallow cream, sugar, evaporated milk, butter and salt. Bring to full boil, stirring constantly over moderate hat. Boil 5 minutes, stirring constantly over moderate heat. Remove from heat. Add chocolate bits and stir until melted and smooth. Stir in nuts and vanilla. Pour into aluminum foil lined 8-inch square pan. Chill in refrigerator about 2 hours until firm. Makes 2 1/4 pounds.

I have a 25 yr.old choco chip wrapper that I keep because it has this recipe on it. THIS IS THE BEST FUDGE EVER!!! Not sicky sweet and smooth and creamy. Very easy to make.
