CHICKEN-RICE CASSEROLE 
2 c. cooked rice
2 chicken breasts, boiled & boned
1 can cream of chicken soup
8-10 saltine crackers
1/2 c. milk
Salt & pepper to taste

Combine all ingredients (except crackers) and place in casserole dish. Crush crackers and spread on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes.
