CANNED PEACH PIE FILLING 
Combine:

25 c. sliced peaches
2 tsp. almond extract

Mix together and add to peaches:

2 tsp. yellow food coloring
7 tbsp. lemon juice

Add:

3 c. water

Mix together and add to peaches:

1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. instant clear jel
5 c. sugar

Put in jars; cold pack 15 minutes.
