MOCK CHICKEN-FRIED STEAK 
1 beaten egg
1/4 c. milk
1 tsp. salt
1 lb. ground beef
1 c. crackers (20 saltines)
2 tbsp. chopped onion
1/4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp. cooking oil

Mix egg, 1/2 cup cracker crumbs, milk, onion, chili powder, salt and Worcestershire; add ground beef and mix well. Shape into patties 1/2-inch thick; coat with remaining cracker crumbs. Cook in hot oil over medium-high heat about 3 minutes on each side.
