AMAZING SPINACH & ARTICHOKE DIP 
I'm always asked to bring this, so I decided to share it.

1 (14 oz.) can of artichoke hearts
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen spinach
1 (8 oz.) Philadelphia cream cheese
1/2 cup dairy sour cream
1/2 cup mayonnaise
3/4 to 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 (8 oz.) pkg shredded Mexican or 4 cheese blend (or any cheese)
garlic and onion powder, to taste

Thaw spinach and squeeze dry. Drain artichoke and add to microwave safe bowl with spinach. Add the remaining ingredients. Use garlic and onion powder to taste. Mix well. Heat on high for 3 miniutes. Stir to ensure spinach and artichoke are completely coated, and broken up. Heat again for another 3 to 4 minutes. When everything is coated and looks like melted goodness you're done!

Serve hot with chips. ENJOY!!!
