EASY CRANBERRY SAUCE | |
8 oz of fresh cranberries 1 cup of sugar (or less depending on how much tartness you like) Rinse cranberries, make sure there are no stems. Put cranberries and sugar in a microwave casserole dish with glass cover (or microwave safe dish with microwaveable plastic wrap on top). Microwave on high for 7 minutes. Stir, and refrigerate overnight. To double the recipe, microwave for 10 minutes. Submitted by: Frances Barrett |
