EASY FOOLPROOF CRANBERRY SAUCE 
1 lb. bag cranberries
1/2 (12 oz.) bottle dark maple syrup

Simmer cranberries in maple syrup until the berries pop, about 15 minutes. Refrigerate before use.

Note: The sauce will thicken as it cools. No need to add anything. It tastes better this way!
